Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

Everywhere in the EU and UK today, and most of the rest of the world on request. Duties outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility and shown as an estimate at checkout.

2. Timing

We confirm the dispatch time for your order when we acknowledge it. Pieces held in stock ship sooner than pieces cut to order.

3. Cost

The exact carrier cost is shown at checkout — we do not mark shipping up.

4. If something goes wrong

Lost or damaged in transit is our problem, not yours. Write to us and we reship or refund — your choice — while we chase the carrier.
