1. The agreement

Placing an order on this site forms a contract between you and Atelier. These terms apply to every order; the version in force when you order is the one that binds.

2. Prices & availability

Prices include VAT where applicable. Everything is made in small runs — if a piece sells out between your order and our confirmation, we refund immediately and tell you honestly.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, and will always say why.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability is capped at the value of the order concerned.
